After three fascinating years as British expats in Pakistan it was time to come home but there was still so much more to explore. With dreams, planning, maps, more planning and visas finally pasted in passports it was time to load up the car and set off . . . on ancient trails where three mountain ranges meet, across desert, mountain passes and plains, to lands of historic skirmish and battle and routes of trade from East to West.

We hope to share in image mostly, and a few words, our adventures of the lands through which we will travel.
